Sexual Harassment Complaint Procedure:

Students, faculty, and staff, and third parties can make a report of sexual harassment to Kat McGee, Director of Title IX聽and Institutional Compliance by emailing kmcgee@ramapo.edu, or calling (201) 684-7220.

The Complaint should include the following information (if known):

1. Complainant鈥檚 name and address
2. Accused name and address (if available)
3. Counsel鈥檚 name and address (if applicable)
4. The nature of the Policy violation
5. Preliminary facts alleged; dates and times of specific incidents
6. Names, addresses and phone number(s) of witnesses
7. The date of the Complaint
8. Remedy sought

All complaints and investigations shall be handled, to the extent possible, in a manner that will protect the privacy interests of those involved.
