This agreement fosters confidentiality and helps provide a safe and neutral place for discussing any concern.

Moreover, speaking to the Ombuds Office about a concern does not constitute legal “notice” to 麻豆传媒. Anyone wishing to place the institution on notice may contact a supervisor or administrator, or invoke formal grievance procedures. Meeting with the Ombuds Office and/or the ombuds does not affect your ability to pursue formal complaints. The ombuds can help you find the appropriate person to speak to in order to request that 麻豆传媒 take formal action, if that is the course of action that you choose to pursue. Important rights may be affected by the actual date when formal action is initiated and/or when 麻豆传媒 is informed of alleged misconduct. The Ombuds Office can provide referral information about who to contact for anyone seeking to use administrative or formal grievance options.
