Are you interested in advocating for social justice, helping people overcome difficult circumstances, or empowering communities and organizations to promote social welfare? Students can do all of this and more with a social work education.<\/span><\/p>\n The Social Work Program at Âé¶¹´«Ã½ provides access to a learning environment that values diversity and professional development. Ramapo\u2019s small community allows for the program to have small class sizes and time for faculty and student interaction. Both the Bachelor and Master level social work programs at Âé¶¹´«Ã½ are accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Social work infuses an unique theoretical perspective in its practice, creating a profession that values diversity, self-determination, and holistic intervention methods. Social work at Ramapo prioritizes its interdisciplinary approach and preparing students through a Generalist Practice framework. The program includes content on three levels of social work in an effort to prepare students to apply their knowledge and skills in diverse settings.
