Prior to joining McKinsey, Charlie served over 13 years in the U.S. Army. While in the Army, his experiences ranged from service with the 101st Airborne Division in Iraq to teaching as an Assistant Professor the Department of Social Sciences at the United States Military Academy. Before leaving Active Duty for the Army Reserves, he developed the Army\u2019s cyber leadership education programs and was the second in charge of a 5000 person IT and cyber training organization.<\/p>\n<p>Charlie holds an M.P.P. from Harvard University\u2019s Kennedy School and a B.S. in Geography and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy. He formerly served as a Term Member on the Council on Foreign Relations and as a Madison Policy Forum Cybersecurity fellow.
