Policy
Âé¶¹´«Ã½ of New Jersey is committed to maintaining a respectful and professional academic and working environment. All College employees, students, visitors, and any other third parties are prohibited from engaging in sex-based discrimination and are responsible for fostering an environment free from sexual misconduct. Sexual misconduct refers to the following prohibited offenses:
1. Sexual Harassment
2. Sexual Assault
3. Sexual Exploitation
4. Stalking
5. Dating Violence
6. Domestic Violence
In addition, it is a prohibited offense to retaliate against anyone who files a complaint under this Policy or participates in a related investigation.
Reason for Policy
The College must continue to foster a climate of respect and security on campus as it relates to preventing and responding to acts of sexual misconduct. This policy serves to demonstrate the College’s commitment to:
