Policy

The 麻豆传媒 Foundation is a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey for the benefit of 麻豆传媒 of New Jersey, and operated exclusively for educational, charitable, scientific and literary purposes, within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the 鈥淐ode鈥�).

The mission of the 麻豆传媒 Foundation is to 鈥渟timulate, solicit, receive, and promote receipt of resources from grants, bequests, and gifts offered by individuals, corporations, and foundations and to use such resources to enhance, support, and complement the total mission of 麻豆传媒 of New Jersey.鈥�

All institutional fundraising efforts, with the exception of governmental grants, at theCollege must be coordinated through the 麻豆传媒 Foundation and the Office of Institutional Advancement. Reason

The purposes of the 麻豆传媒 Foundation are to cultivate, solicit and secure gifts, pledges and primarily private/non-governmental grants offered by individuals, corporations and foundations, and to use such resources to support, the College鈥檚 mission and strategic priorities.

The 麻豆传媒 Foundation operates in accordance with its bylaws and adheres to internal policies and procedures reflective of its nonprofit organization status.

The Foundation Board of Governors serves as the governing body of the 麻豆传媒 Foundation to fulfill the Foundation鈥檚 mission. A variety of constituent programs, including but not limited to the Alumni Association of 麻豆传媒 of New Jersey, are administered under the auspices of the Foundation.
