Unused allowance will not roll over.<\/li>\n<li>Students who transfer in for the spring semester will receive 100 pages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Need More Pages?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>After using the first 200 pages, additional printing credits may be purchased through <strong>PaperCut<\/strong>. Please note that no refund will be given at the end of the year for unused credits.<\/li>\n<li>Visit <a href=\"http:\/\/print.ramapo.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/print.ramapo.edu<\/a> to view usage and add funds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Printing\/Copying Costs<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Single-sided page: $0.10.<\/li>\n<li>Double-sided printing is considered 2 pages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Where can students print or copy?<\/h3>\n<p>Students can only print or copy in the Fishbowl (across from the Micro Market), or in the Learning Commons on floors 1, 2, 3, and 4.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>How to Print<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign into <a href=\"https:\/\/print.ramapo.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/print.ramapo.edu<\/a>. Note: This site is only available on-campus.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cWeb Print\u201d in the menu on the left side of the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cSubmit a Job\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cUpload Documents\u201d and \u201cUpload &amp; Complete\u201d when done.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>How to Release Your Print<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>At any of the swipe-to-release printers in the Learning Commons or Fishbowl, swipe your Ramapo ID card.<\/li>\n<li>On the printer\u2019s display, press \u201cPrint All\u201d to release your print. Then press \u201cLog Out\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/div><div id=\"t295885665\" title=\"Faculty Printing\" class=\"content\" tabindex=\"0\">\n<h2>Faculty Printing<\/h2>\n<p>All faculty have access to a shared pool of printers located in or near the Dean&#8217;s Suite offices. These printers are managed through PaperCut&#8217;s <b>Faculty_Printers<\/b> follow-me print queue, allowing you to send a print job once and release it from any printer in the pool.<\/p>\n<p>When you sign in to a Ramapo-managed computer, the <b>Faculty_Printers<\/b> printer will already be available.<\/p>\n<h3>Printer Locations<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>AC215 &#8211; Nursing Office<\/li>\n<li>ASB123 &#8211; Undergraduate Studies Office<\/li>\n<li>ASB333 &#8211; Anisfield School of Business Office<\/li>\n<li>ASB422 &#8211; School of Science, Nursing, and Health Office<\/li>\n<li>ASB433 &#8211; School of Social Sciences and Social Work Office<\/li>\n<li>B222 &#8211; School of Arts, Humanities, and Education Office<\/li>\n<li>BC238 &#8211; Berrie Center Mail Room<\/li>\n<li>E238 &#8211; Teachers Education Copy Room<\/li>\n<li>H113 &#8211; H-Wing Copy Room<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What Is a Follow-Me Queue?<\/h3>\n<p>The <b>Faculty_Printers<\/b> queue is a <i>follow-me<\/i> print queue. This means you can print to the queue from your computer and then release your print job from <b>any<\/b> of the printers listed above.<\/p>\n<h3>First-Time Setup<\/h3>\n<p>The first time you use one of the faculty printers:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Swipe your Ramapo ID card using the magnetic card reader.<\/li>\n<li>When prompted, sign in using your Ramapo username and password on the printer&#8217;s touchscreen.<\/li>\n<li>This pairs your ID card with your account.<\/li>\n<li>After pairing is complete, the printer will return to the login screen.<\/li>\n<li>Swipe your ID card again to sign in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Note:<\/b> Some of these printers previously required a PIN. PINs are no longer used.
