{"id":379,"date":"2018-11-07T15:29:44","date_gmt":"2018-11-07T20:29:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/international-travel\/?page_id=379"},"modified":"2018-11-07T15:42:50","modified_gmt":"2018-11-07T20:42:50","slug":"reporting-an-incident-abroad","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/international-travel\/reporting-an-incident-abroad\/","title":{"rendered":"Reporting an Incident Abroad"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>REPORT AN INCIDENT WHILE ABROAD<\/h3>\n<p>If you were involved in, witnessed, or were made aware of a serious incident which occurred while abroad (illness, theft, assault, arrest, etc.) that affected you or someone else in the Â鶹´«Ã½ community, please submit the following report:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ramapo.studioabroad.com\/?go=Register%5FIncident\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><button class=\"btn btn-primary\" type=\"button\">REPORT AN INCIDENT<\/button><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>The &#8220;Incident Report&#8221; button should\u00a0not\u00a0be used to get immediate assistance; it is a way to report an incident for future follow-up by the International Programs Office at Â鶹´«Ã½ of New Jersey.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>REPORT SEXUAL ASSAULT OR MISCONDUCT: TITLE IX<\/h3>\n<p>Individuals should promptly report conduct that may violate\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/titleix\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Title IX<\/a>. In addition, individuals are encouraged to report conduct that may violate criminal law to both the\u00a0Program Sponsor\u00a0and to local law enforcement. These processes are not mutually exclusive.
