The Objective of the Committee is to:\u00a0 Ensure alignment of institutional and academic priorities with resource allocations<\/p>\n

Committee Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Review Strategic Priority Incentive Fund (SPIF) and Capital requests and make recommendations based on alignment with the College\u2019s strategic goals and outcomes, institutional priorities, and indicators.<\/li>\n
  2. Review metrics, measures, and outcomes in making recommendations for strategic funding.<\/li>\n
  3. Share recommendations with Cabinet for action.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
