As New Jersey\u2019s Public Liberal Arts College, Âé¶¹´«Ã½ provides a high quality education which is based in the liberal arts.\u00a0 Through a common General Education program spanning the 100-300 levels, students will be provided the opportunity to develop core skills related to a liberal education.<\/p>\n
Required courses include First Year Seminar or Honors Seminar, Critical Reading and Writing II, Studies in the Arts and Humanities, and Social Science Inquiry.\u00a0 \u00a0Other requirements include courses in the following categories:\u00a0 \u00a0Historical Perspectives, Global Awareness, Quantitative Reasoning, Scientific Reasoning, Culture & Creativity, Systems, Sustainability & Society, and Values & Ethics.<\/p>\n
All Âé¶¹´«Ã½ students must complete the General Education requirements in Critical Reading and Writing II and Quantitative Reasoning by the time that they have earned 64 credit hours.<\/p>\n
