These documents can be faxed or mailed to this office.<\/li>\n<li>Once the documents have been received, a Ramapo ID Number (R number) and pin will then be issued.<\/li>\n<li>Students are responsible for registering for their courses on the web.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Academic Advising<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>All students should obtain advisement before registering for courses. Visiting students should obtain advisement from their home institution before taking a course at Ramapo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Registering for the course<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>You must activate your Ramapo e-mail account to register for classes.<\/li>\n<li>Look up course of interest under the <a href=\"https:\/\/ssba.ramapo.edu:8443\/myssb\/bwckschd.p_disp_dyn_sched\">Schedule of Classes<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Review the course details for the pre-requisites and requirements for the course.<\/li>\n<li>A limited number of seats are available for these courses.<\/li>\n<li>The last day to register for courses is the first day of the session.<\/li>\n<li>Register online for the class you wish to take.<\/li>\n<li>Once registered, please review the &#8220;Important Questions To Ask Concerning Online Courses&#8221; for additional information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Tuition and Course Fee<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Some courses have an additional fee assessed.<\/li>\n<li>Payment is due immediately upon registration for the course.<\/li>\n<li>Please review the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/student-accounts\/deadlines\/\">Critical Financial Deadlines<\/a> for Winter online courses.<\/li>\n<li>Payment options and information can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/student-accounts\/\">Office of Student Accounts Website<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Financial Aid<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Please review the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/finaid\/\">Financial Aid<\/a> website for additional information.<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"infoBox maroonBox\"><div class=\"boxContent\" style=\"padding: 0%;\">\n<h4>Summer\/Winter Online Drop\/Withdrawal Policies<\/h4>\n<h5>100% Drop Policy<\/h5>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Review the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/academic-calendars\/\">Academic Calendar<\/a> for the 100% Drop Deadline Dates<\/li>\n<li>Students can drop their courses at 100% from the start of registration until the end of the add\/drop period on the Web. The Incomplete Request Form must be received in the Office of the Registrar by the last day of the semester\/session.<\/li>\n<li>Incompletes are not permitted for January 2011 graduates.\u00a0 If a January graduate needs an incomplete they will need to defer their graduation date to May 2011.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Cancellation Policy<\/h5>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>The college reserves the right to cancel any course for which enrollment is insufficient. Students may then register, without penalty within regular registration deadlines, for another course of equal credit or receive a refund of tuition and fees. The College also reserves the right to change faculty assignments, day and times when necessary.
